Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-10-12. These terms apply to the free version of the JSON Importer for Sheets add-on and to this website.
Who provides the add-on
Marc Duran López · tax ID (NIF) 47894988H · Calle Jacinto Verdaguer 13, 08620 Sant Vicenç dels Horts (Barcelona) · contacto@engranalab.com
The free add-on
The add-on is provided free of charge. By installing or using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall it. Features announced as "Pro" or "coming soon" are not part of the free add-on, may change, and may never be released.
Provided "as is"
The add-on is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that it will keep working if Google or the APIs you call change, or that the data you import is correct, complete or up to date. Check the results before relying on them.
Limits
- The add-on runs on Google Apps Script and is subject to its quotas and limits (execution time, daily URL fetch quota, response size, cell limits of Google Sheets). See the documentation.
- The free version saves up to 3 requests per spreadsheet.
- We may change or discontinue the free add-on or any of its features. If we do, we will say so on this website.
Acceptable use
- You are responsible for the requests you configure: the APIs you call, the data you import and the keys you use are yours.
- Respect the terms of use and rate limits of the APIs you call. Do not use the add-on to attack, overload or scrape services in breach of their rules.
- Do not use the add-on for anything unlawful, nor to access data you are not entitled to access.
- Do not try to disrupt the add-on or this website.
Your data
Your sheets, the responses of the APIs you call and your keys stay in your Google account. How the little we do receive is handled is described in theprivacy policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profit or decisions taken based on the imported data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor the mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the operator's domicile in Spain.
